Palta Hosiery Factory is a well known knitting company in the Indian market for the last thirty years & serving more than 300 A + stores. Palta is producing men's winter wear all over India. The product is always appreciated for the best quality under the brand name Pierre Carlo.

We established a new company by the name of m/s Palta Hosiery Exports (India) Specially to serve international buyers. The company is doing its own manufacturing & also doing sourcing for all type of garments, for ladies as well for children, Such as Polo Shirts, Jogging suits, Jackets & All type of knitted garments & accessories.

The plant has been constructed specially on exporters requirements & in pollution free area. The company is able to execute as well small orders as big orders in good quality & Timely delivery.

The whole production process from knitting to garments is in own hands.

The daily capacity is around 600pcs. & The sister company is also capable of making the same quality & quantity. We also able to produce 2,000pcs. of polo shirts per day.

The plant is constructed in an area of 25,000 square meters for technical details see as under.

• Two fully fashioned machines four heads, One in 7gg & other in 12gg.

• Ten computerised knitting machines make steiger  from Switzerland, Four in 7gg, Four in 8gg & Two in 10gg.

• About three hundred hand flat knitting machines of which seventy machines in 4gg, Fifty machines in 12gg, One hundred & thirty machines in 8gg & the rest in 10gg & other gauges.

• Four sets of steam press & an automatic boiler from Thermex

• Complete washing & finishing unit with two tumble dryers, Three milling machines & Three Hydro machines.

• Yarns & Fabrics buying from the best & reliable manufacturers in Ludhiana & importing raw material from others countries too.
